Punjab government extends winter vacation till 12th of January

Lahore: Punjab government has extended winter vacation till 12th of January due to security issues. It was decided in a high level meeting chaired by CM Shahbaz Sharif that all the public and private schools security should be enhanced to maximum level to avert Army Public School,Peshawar like incident in the province Punjab.All the schools boundary walls to be built to the height that a man could not cross it,CCTV camera to be installed and security guards to be appointed,no school would be allowed to open without taking these steps.It is pertinent to mention here that Punjab Government had announced early winter vacations due to security threats and now it has extended the vacations to make arrangements for fool proof security.
