Police foil the plan of attack on Kot Lakhpat Jail

Lahore: Police have claimed to arrest three accused including two women from Nawankot area and recovered heavy weapons including rocket launchers ,uniforms of the security forces,map of the jail and laptop that were stored to attack at Kot Lakhpat jail to free their associates .

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has appreciated police authorities and law enforcement agencies on foiling the plan of attack on Kot Lakhpat Jail. He said that law enforcement agencies thwarted the nefarious designs of terrorists by taking timely action. The Chief Minister said that concerned officers and officials of law enforcement agencies deserve congratulation.
