Lahore: Capital City Police have stepped up towards technology by setting up a computerized complaint cell that would maintained DATA of all the public complaints and will do follow up with one click.
CCPO Lahore Capt Muhammad Ameen Vance today inaugurated the computerized complaints cell in his office in order to implement the government’s vision for the redressal of the public complaints.
On the occasion,DIG Investigation Sahibzada Shahzad Sultan,DIG Ops Dr Haider Ashraf,SSP Admin Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera,SSP D & I Sohail Sukhera,SP CRO Omar Riaz Cheema,SP Civil Lines Imtiaz Sarwar,Incharge Complaint Cell Inspector Rizwan Khan were also present on the occasion.
CCPO Capt Muhammad Ameen Vance said ,computerized complaints cell are also being established in DIG investigation,DIG Operations and Chief Traffic Officer’s offices in first phase , these complaints cell would be established in all Divisional SPs offices in second phase and later these cell would be linked with admin officers of all police stations in third phase.
