IGP Mushtaq Sukhera takes action against the cops for torturing the blinds

Lahore: IGP Mushtaq Sukhera has taken strict action against the cops for torturing the blinds in the light of preliminary report of the incident presented to him by the Capital City Police.

IGP has made the SDPO Qila Gujjar Singh DSP Abdullah Jan OSD and SHO Qila Gujjar Singh Rafi Ullah has been suspended.

IGP has said that blinds deserved our affection and care as a special people,those who misused their powers by targeting them would be made a precedent so no one would dare to repeat this kind of action in future.

Mind it,DIG ops Dr Haider Ashraf has apologised on the incident a day before and suspended five cops including ASI Muhammad Siddiq ,Muhammad Ansar,constables Mustafa,Ayub and Siddiq e Akbar for torturing the blinds on the international day of special people.

It is pertinent to mention here that CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif is also having a meeting with the blinds to address their grievances.
