Lahore: Faisalabad disabled kabaddi team defeated Lahore by a narrow margin of 36-35 in a kabaddi match here at Punjab Stadium on Thursday. The exhibition match was played in connection with International Disabled Day under the banner of Sports Board Punjab (SBP).
Faisalabad team, under the captaincy of Asghar, offered wonderful performance against Lahore team which was led by Qaiser. Lahore team also exhibited equally good game but luck did not favour them in the dying stages of the match.
Abdul Rauf Roofi, Media Manager Sports Board Punjab was the chief guest on this occasion. He also distributed prizes among the prominent performers of the match. Assistant Director SBP Waqas Akbar and District Officer Sports Toba Tek Singh Attaur Rehman were also present on this occasion.
