Lahore: Provincial Minister for Education Rana Mashud Ahmad Khan has said that parliament is the forum of bringing electoral reforms and not the agitation. He said that disinterest shown by the people in the recent public meeting of PTI in Islamabad has proved that Pakistani nation has rejected politics of sit-ins. He said people has become aware of the fact that a person is taking revenge from the nation that why people did not elect him as Prime Minister in the general elections.
He said this while talking to media after annual prize distribution function of Knowledge In Preparatory Schools (KIPS) at Alhamra today.
Rana Mashud Ahmad Khan said that Supreme Court cannot be made binding of the desire of a person. He said that it is not appropriate to pressurize the honorable judges of the proposed judicial commission through arbitrary conditions. He said that such matters cannot be resolved through use of indecent language rather these are resolved in a atmosphere of providing justice freely.
Replying to a question, Education Minister said that those people who want to destabilize the country on the behest of foreign forces are not sincere to Pakistan. He said that Pakistan cannot afford such madness to take decisions of own choice from government, judiciary and election commission by giving threats of closing business.
Rana Mashud Ahmad Khan while addressing prize distribution ceremony, appreciated the efforts of Chief Executive Abid Wazir Khan and Managing Director Salman Maqsood of KIPS for promotion of education. On this occasion, Education Minister gave away special shields to the male and female students of KIPS obtaining more than 95 percent marks in metric examinations.
