PML-N government is determined to bring the country out of crises: Shahbaz Sharif

Shahbaz SharifLahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that the elements creating hurdles in the process of national development should give up their negative attitude and pay attention to the interest of the country. He said that the enemies of progress and prosperity of the nation are only trying to promote their personal ends.

He expressed these views while talking to former Assembly Member Rana Mubashar Iqbal and other elected representatives who met him, here today.

The Chief Minister said that Muslim League-N government  is determined to bring the country out of crises and is serving the masses selflessly. He said that the elements staging sit-ins have wasted precious time of the nation and the people want to know why they got the visits of international personalities postponed. He said that due to postponement of the important visit of Chinese President, power projects have been delayed.

Shahbaz Sharif said that PML-N government is successfully implementing public welfare agenda under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and due to its glorious performance and public service during the last one and a half years, the politics of sit-ins has failed. He said that the government is striving for economic revival and it is moving in the right direction. He said that by rejecting the politics of sit-ins, the 18 crore people have proved that the country cannot afford chaos and anarchy and it is the time for unity. He said that due to the most successful recent visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to China, several agreements have been signed between the two countries for generation of electricity from coal.

He said that these projects will be executed with speed and transparency and their completion will result in elimination of shortage of energy. He said that Pakistan will achieve the goal of progress and development under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and will get rid of all its problems.

Former Member Assembly Rana Mubashar Iqbal said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif are working day and night for resolving the problems being faced by the masses. Political Secretary to Chief Minister Talha Burqi was also present on the occasion.
