The court blasts on Lahore Police for making the child a scamp

Lahore: The local court of Judicial Magistrate, Cantt courts has blast on Lahore Police when a six years old child was presented in a serious criminal case by Shalimar Investigation police.

The judge became stunned to know the police request for the remand and questioned the IO that how could be a child commit such a serious crime that was alleged in the FIR ?

The Judge ordered to omit six year old Hussain’s name from the FIR accusing him of ill-treatment with the women on Saturday.

Shalimar Police has framed Muhammad Hussain,a student of grade one, for misbehaving and ill-treating women.

CCPO Lahore has also taken the notice of the FIR against a 6 years old child and sought a report from DIG Investigation.
