“Go Nawaz Go” slogan is being raised all around now:Ch Pervaiz Elahi

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League -Q senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Pervaiz Elahi has said that prosperous farmer during our govt has now been ruined due to anti-farmer enmity of the present rulers, even rice and phutti expenses not being met, India has also taken away basmati rice market.

Responding to various questions while talking to media here, Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that the army was not behind the sit-ins, had Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif killed innocent people in Model Town Lahore and Islamabad on the asking of the army? on which such reaction was shown, on the contrary they themselves had invited the army and afterwards the Prime Minister backed out in the parliament.

He further said that former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry and Khalilur Rahman Ramdey were involved in the historical electoral rigging of 2013.

He said that decision to organize public meetings after sit-ins in Islamabad had been taken through mutual consultation and PML after historical meeting in Bahawalpur on November 22 will also organize public meetings in other important cities as well.
Ch Parvez Elahi said no new seed of basmati was introduced after 2002 because of which basmati rice per acre yield had been reduced to half whereas cost of production had been doubled, per acre cost was Rs 80 thousand and income was Rs 40 thousand, likewise phutti cost was Rs 3400 and the rate was about Rs 2200 per maund and ruined farmers were cursing the present rulers.

Continuing Ch Pervaiz  Elahi said that the sit-ins had brought the change in the country, political awareness was created among the people regarding their rights and historical electoral rigging of 2013 was fully exposed, cases were registered against those who had committed massacre murders in Model Town Lahore and Islamabad and “Go Nawaz Go” slogan were being raised all around now. He said the army was not behind the sit-ins, this allegation was being leveled to defame Pak Army whereas Nawaz and Shahbaz Sharif were themselves responsible who had ordered massacre murder of the innocent on June 17.

He said for revolution against ill-literacy, poverty and oppression we had given 10 points out of which six, seven points were successfully implemented by his govt in the Punjab, people international organizations and records were witness that his govt had undertaken such peoples welfare and well-being historical works which were not done previously, Education Programme had increased literacy rate to 64 per cent which was now 49 per cent, we had got constructed 37 thousand kilometers of roads in five years as compared to 35 thousand kilometers in 55 years which were not being repaired by Shahbaz Sharif govt.
