Lahore: Over 2,000 Indian Sikh Yatrees arrived at Lahore via Wagah Border on Tuesday to participate in the annual celebrations of the 546th birth anniversary of the founder of Sikh Religion Baba Guru Nanak.Chairman Evacuee Trust Properties Board (ETPB), Sadiq-ul-Farooque and other government officials warmly welcomed the sikh pilgrims at the Wagah Border .Special counters for the custom and immigration were set there to facilitate them whereas medical counter was also setup to provide health care in case of emergency.
Foolproof security was also arranged by the Rangers.Heavy contingents of the police were also deployed to provide foolproof security to the Indian Yatrees.
