Senior teachers should learn new things to improve standard of the university: Dr Mujahid

Lahore: Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has said that the process of learning continues forever and senior teachers should learn new things to improve standard of university further.

He was addressing concluding ceremony of a high level training program jointly organized by Punjab University and Higher Education Commission for heads of teaching and non-teaching institutions here on Friday.

Dean Faculty of Law Prof Dr Shazia Naureen Qureshi, Program Convener and Dean Prof Dr Muhammad Zakria Zakir, Director Planning and Development Engr Tariq Majeed Qureshi and a large number of heads of various institutions were present on the occasion.

Addressing the ceremony, Dr Mujahid Kamran said that the incumbent administration for the first time in the history of university had started training program for administrative officers because it had realized that the culture could not be changed without regular training. He said that the apparent condition of an institution depicted that how the head of that institution was working. He congratulated conference organizers and resource persons on organizing successful training program.
