Naya Pakistan” nor a “Revolution” could lead the nation to any goal: Liaqat Baloch

Lahore: Secretary General, Jamaat e islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that neither a “Naya Pakistan” nor a “Revolution” could lead the nation to any goal, and only an Islamic Pakistan could bring strength and prosperity to all sections of the society and the country itself.

Addressing JI workers at his residence on Sunday, he said there was political turmoil in the country and political leaders were busy in mud-slinging on one another due to which tensions had increased. He stressed that personal attacks should come to an end as these caused deep unrest among the workers.

He said the need of the hour was that all political and religious leaders united on a national charter.

Liaqat baloch said that the JI Ijtema at the Minar e Pakistan on November 21,22 and 23 would witness a revival of the Pakistan Movement. He said the masses wanted a peaceful, strong and prospering Pakistan. He said that all democratic and military government in the past had deviated from the constitution and had deprived the masses of their democratic rights.

The JI Secretary general said that the Narendera Modi’s government in New Delhi had  committed aggression against this country and had attacked Pakistan border and the Working Boundary. On the other hand, the silence on the Pakistani rulers on this was meaningful.

Later, addressing the organizers of the Ijtema, Liaqat Baloch stressed upon them to get ready for hosting a mammoth gathering at the Minar e Pakistan. He said that the Ijtema would be a milestone in the JI history and a record gathering was expected because of the hectic tours of the JI chief Sirajul Haq to all parts of the country. He said the arrangements for the Ijtema should also be foolproof and satisfactory in all respects.
