POA Chief inaugurates swimming, athletics and shooting courses

Lahore: Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) President Lt-Gen (retd) Syed Arif Hasan inaugurated the coaching, training and refereeing courses in swimming, athletics and shooting at Punjab Football Stadium on Friday. The said courses are being organized under the auspices of Sports Board day. The courses will remain continue till 27th of this month.

Pakistan Modern Pentathlon Federation (PMPF) President Riaz Fityana appreciated the role of Director General Punjab (SBP) and Pakistan Modern Pentathlon Federation (PMPF).

International coach Michael Janca from Czech Republic imparted training to as many as 25 male and female players from across the country on the opening SBP Usman Anwar for the conducting of this rare course in Pakistan. He said that pentathlon was an Olympic game and we will leave no stone unturned for the promotion of this new game in Pakistan.
