Guru Balmeek Swami birthday celebrated in the Anarkali Temple

Lahore: Addressing the Birthday Celebration Meeting of Guru Balmeek Swami Ji in the Anarkali temple, the Chairman of the Masiha Millat Party Mr. Aslam Pervaiz Sahotra said that every citizen of Pakistan whether he is Hindu, Sikh or Christian or Muslim are equal Citizens.

But it is very sad that the rights of the citizens are denied on the basis that they belong to the religious minority community as for example the chairmanship of the evacuee property board could be given to the Hindu Minority or any other Minority Community rather than majority party person be it the government of Pakistan Peoples Party or Muslim League (N). It is for this reason that most the evacuee property lands are forcibly and illegally occupied by the Muslim Majority Community which includes even the compound of Hindu Temples.

Had their been any Hindu or Sikh person as the chairman such illegal occupation or demolishing of the Temples Property would had had happened. It is there for pertinent that the Government should immegiately appoint a representive of Hindus or Sikhs as Chairman of the Evacuee Property Board and thus stop the illegal occupation of Hindu Property and restored the ownership of temples to the real owners of Hindus and Sikh Community. If the Government would not do it then the Masiha Millat Party reserves the rights to protest against this for the protection of the right of the Hindus and the Sikhs.

The meeting was also addressed by Mr. William Javed President of MMP (Punjab), Mr. Babar Gill, Mr. Amir Sadiq Saroya, HLCP Youth Coordinator of HLCP Mr. Aftab Gill, MMP Youth President Mr. Anthony William, Pandit Lal Ram and other Leaders of the Party.
