CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF PAYS FAREWELL VISIT TO AIR HEADQUARTERS

Lahore: Admiral Asif Sandila, Chief of the Naval Staff, paid farewell visit to Air Headquarters, Islamabad today. He called on Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force in his office.

The Air Chief lauded Admiral Asif Sandila services in strengthening the defence of Pakistan and contributing towards an unprecedented Tri-Service synergy. While talking to the Air Chief, Admiral Asif expressed satisfaction in the operational readiness of the aerial defenders of the nation and appreciated their high morale.  He also lauded the PAF personnel for carving an enviable niche for PAF amongst the best air forces of the world. The Air Chief also presented memento to the outgoing Naval Chief at the occasion.
