CHINESE AMBASSADOR CALLS ON SHAHBAZ SHARIF IN ISLAMABAD

Lahore: Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong met Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in Islamabad today. 
Talking to Chinese Ambassador, Shahbaz Sharif said that those creating hurdles in the development journey 
continuing with the cooperation of China in Pakistan have failed. 
He said that the journey in energy and other sectors in Pakistan with the cooperation of China will continue. 
The Chief Minister said that due to the visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to China, new chapter of 
Pak-China friendship has started and the relations between both the countries have changed into useful economic contacts. 
Shahbaz Sharif congratulated Chinese Ambassador on 65th Founding Day of China. Chinese Ambassador said on the 
occasion that those people who do not want to see cooperation between Pakistan and China will be disappointed. 
The Chief Minister also attended the Founding Day function of China.
