USA,UK ,Canada and Iran created political crisis in Pakistan: General Aslam Baig

Lahore: Former COAS General (R)Mirza Muhammad  Aslam Baig has said that America is behind the current political crisis in Pakistan. America was the master planner of all the chaos who used Britain,Canada and Iran to achieve its goals.General Raheel Sharif foiled this conspiracy hatched by US,Imran Khan and Allama Dr Tahir ul Qadri.

While exclusive interview with Geo News in its programme “Jirga” former Chief of Army Staff General (r) Aslam Baig said Army never desirous of making foreign policy.He claimed that a special meeting of these people was arranged with POPE in vatican city,our people took Allama Dr Tahir ul Qadri to Qum and facilitated meeting with Senior Ayatullah,he maintained.

Former Army Chief said that Pakistan would have been face a major loss if General Rahil Sharif take more time in making decision, Army leadership was aware of all the conspiracy, those who hatched the conspiracy wanted army take over,he added.

Aslam Baig said that Imran Khan and Dr Qadri demands were against the law and constitution,some politicians want to bring change in the country with the help of retired officers who served 10 years with general Pervaiz Musharraf.He said president Musharraf wanted to form a liberal government in Pakistan,those who are with Imran Khan and Allama Qadri were with Pervaiz Musharraf in 2002,he added.
