Lahore: In order to relieve the llandownersfrom the problems, faced by them in getting the record of their land/ownership and to facilitate them in this regard, Honorable Chief Minister Punjab is determined to complete the project of computerization of land records on fast track.
According to Spokesperson for Project Management Unit Board of Revenue, Punjab, computerized of land records has been completed in 12 districts including Lodhran, Hafizabad, Nankana, Mundi Bhaudin, Jhelum, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Jhang, Okara, Sargodha, Narowal and Chakwal. The computerized land records services are being provided to the public in 143 tehsils through Arazi Record Centers. The right holders are able to acquire fard (copy of rights) in 30 minutes and the mutation is completed in just 50 minutes spread over two phases.
The Spokesperson told that over 99% beneficiaries have not only expressed their satisfaction but their gratitude towards Government for providing them such facility.
I would like to know the exact procedure step by step of attaining information from a inteqaal and also procedure of checking if the correct land information has been inputted on to the data base – aswell i would like to have a certified copy of what the data holds?…..how is this done and if there is any problem who can i complain to in the department??
