Govt postponed bye election in PP-162 to avoid defeat:Usman Nisar

Lahore: A candidate from PP-162 Sheikhupura,Usman Nisar has claimed that postponement of the bye-elections in the constituency was merely an act of dishonesty as PML-N candidate has been rejected by the people of the area.

While addressing a press conference here at Lahore press club ,Usman Nisar said election commission to take notice of the federal minister Ch Tanveer Hussain who was running campaign of the government’s candidate and issuing grants for development works .

He said floodwater has down but government postponed the bye election with the excuse of flood that was clear injustice with them.He said PML-N candidate’s defeat was written on the wall as voter of every street,mohalla and village were refusing to give vote to him.

Opposition group consisting of  Ch Omar Aftab Dhillon,Ch Zahid Imran,Ch Liaqat Dagra,Major R Qurban Bhatti,Sardar Hasham Man,Ch Imtiaz Dhillon was also present on the occasion.
