CM KP should be disqualified for using official resources for staging sit-in:Ayaz Khan Advocate

Lahore: General Secretary High Court Bar Association Ayaz Khan Advocate has filed a writ petition in Peshawar High Court against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak and Speaker Provincial Assembly Asad Qaiser.

The petitioner has requested the court to stop the Chief Minister and the Speaker from functioning in their offices for violating the constitution.

The petition said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is using official resources for staging sit-in in Islamabad. It also said that impartiality of the speaker was also affected by his participation in the sit-in.
