We are with democracy: Aitzaz Ahsan

Lahore: PPP leader Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has expressed unflinching support to the current democratic set up in the country and said despite so many differences with the government,we will support the system and would not allow any group to destabilize the democracy.

While addressing the joint session of the parliament, Aitzaz Ahsan said government ministers are incompetent, elections were rigged but we still support democracy.He criticized the way model town incident was tackled and said FIR should be lodged immediately,Dr Qadri application was kept in pendency for two months that made the people hostile.

He also criticized the role of media for fueling the political turmoil .
