Prosecution Department starts a training courses for Public Prosecutors

Lahore: Process of professional training courses for Public Prosecutors has started in Prosecution Department, for creating awareness about modern laws and judicial system. The  training course is for  36 Public Prosecutors in Criminal Prosecution Department .

The spokesman said that after providing training in modern laws and expertise in international standards of cross- question, public prosecutors will be posted in the field. He told that the efficiency of prosecutors will improve through this training course and they will be able to discharge their responsibilities efficiently.

The spokesman told that Public Prosecution Department is computerizing all its record for improving service delivery. He said that besides officers, officials are also being imparted training in this regard.  He told that first 3-day course was held at Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM), Gulberg where 20 officials were provided IT training. He said that provision of immediate justice to the oppressed is the responsibility of the government and the Prosecution Department is discharging its duties efficiently.
