PML-N Lahore comes out on roads against PTI,PAT sit-ins

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-N held a historic Istehkam-e-Pakistan rally at Chairing Cross which was attended by thousands of enthusiastic workers. Big portraits of Quaid PML-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz Sharif were displayed at the stage. PML-N workers were carrying national flag, PML-N flags and posters of Nawaz Sharif. They were dancing on the tune of a song in favour of Nawaz Sharif. Workers were of the view that they are with their Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and have gathered here to express confidence in him. They said Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is the only leader of Islamic world who has the ability to steer the nation out of crisis. They said that the entire nation is standing with Nawaz Sharif.

Central leader of PML-N Hamza Shahbaz Sharif MNA has said that Imran Khan should leave stubbornness and talk to government in the parliament. He said that the indecent remarks and false allegations of Imran Khan will be responded by constructing motorway from Lahore to Karachi and making Pakistan a welfare state in accordance with the dreams of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal. He advised Imran Khan to give up the demand of resignation of Prime Minister on gunpoint otherwise people will reject him forever. He said that Imran Khan has been fully exposed before the nation through his speeches of last 13 days and his deadlines of 48 hours or 72 hours have become a joke. He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will fulfill all its promises made to the people by putting the country on the road to progress and prosperity during next four years according to the mandate given by the masses.

He expressed these views while addressing Istehkam-e-Pakistan rally held under the aegis of PML-N at Chairing Cross. Thousands of people participated in this huge rally of PML-N from Qartaba Chwok to Chairing Cross. PML-N leaders Pervez Malik, Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman, Malik Riaz, Kh. Ahmad Hassaan, Kamran Michael, Shaista Pervez Malik, Saiful Malook Khokhar, Mian Marghub, Imran Ali Goraya and others were present on the occasion.

Hamza Shahbaz said that the Lahorites representing the entire country in the form of this big rally have given their clear message to Imran Khan that no one can demand resignation from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He said that people have totally rejected the unconstitutional and undemocratic attitude of Imran Khan. He said that Imran Khan is leveling allegations against all institutions including judiciary. Hamza Shahbaz said that Imran tells a lie that Mian Nawaz Sharif is a heart patient. He said that the nation will get the real freedom and self-reliance when chimneys will emit smoke and not through a musical show of a political adventurist. He said that Imran Khan demands like a stubborn child that he should be made prime minister.

Hamza Shahbaz said that for the first time in the parliamentary history of the country, all eleven parties in the parliament except a single party have, through a joint resolution, termed the demand of resignation of prime minister as unconstitutional. He said that Imran Khan is giving anti-state lesson to the nation by advising civil disobedience which has been rejected totally by the nation. He said that Imran Khan is also facing formation of a forward block on the issue of resignation of assembly members as he does not believe in consultation. He said that we had strengthened the economy through hard work but Imran Khan has caused loss of 700 billion rupees to the economy through sit-ins and heads of various countries have postponed their visits.

Hamza Shahbaz said that Imran Khan has deviated from all his promises and violated every agreement including not entering in the Red Zone. He said that the nation salutes to the courage and graciousness of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif that despite indecent remarks by Imran Khan, he did not show impatience. He said that if Imran Khan is sincere to the nation he should come to the parliament and let the Commission work for electoral reforms. In this way, corruption can also be eliminated, he added. Hamza Shahbaz said that Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif had used to reach immediately in the areas affected due to flood and earthquake in Punjab but the Chief Minister of KPK instead of helping his people in stormy rains, has been dancing on music in sit-ins. He said that Imran Khan has made the 14 August, which is a symbol of unity, as “Chaos Day”. He advised Imran Khan to let the nation continue its development journey otherwise the nation will throw him out of the country. He said that Imran Khan says that he will sit in the container till the resignation of Nawaz Sharif. If so, Imran Khan should make arrangements of his ration in the container for next four years, he concluded.
