Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Senator Ch Shujat Hussain and senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi have said that every phase of the Inqilab March was being completed successfully, high spirit and enthusiasm of the march participants would not diminish, if the rulers remained adamant then the end would not be good, national interest demand that the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister Punjab should resign forthwith.
They said this while addressing newly arriving workers caravans from different for joining the march at Muslim League House Islamabad on Saturday. Afterwards, both the leaders leading the caravan of hundreds of vehicles were enthusiastically and warmly received on reaching Khayabaan-e-Suharwardy where they were sitting on the stage when Dr Tahirul Qadri was announcing the agenda and kept acknowledging slogans of the people by waving their hands.
Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi further said at the Muslim League House that the alliance of Dr Tahirul Qadri’s Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT), our Pakistan Muslim League (PML) Sahibzada Hamid Raza’s Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas’s Majlis-e-Wahdatul Musalmeen (MWM) through the cooperation of their workers, coleaguers and people supporting of our mission was writing new history in the form of the Inqilab March.
They said that the rulers should remembers the circumstances of 1977, till the realization of its objectives the Inqilab March would continue increasing, every day workers from different cities, towns and villages would keep arriving daily and joining the march as a result of which pressure on the govt would continue to rise every day, every Pakistani believing in progress, prosperity and solidarity of Pakistan and improving the lot of the poor and the common man was today praying for the success of the Inqilab March and riddance from the present rulers.
On this occasion, Ch Wajahat Hussain, Senator Kamil Agha, MNA Tariq Bashir Cheema, Muhammad Basharat Raja, Ch Zaheeruddin Khan, Ahmad Yar Hiraj, Hafiz Ammar Yassir, Sardar Talib Nakai, Haleem Adil Shaikh, Salik Hussain, Ajmal Khan Wazir, Zain Elahi, Khurrum Unawwar Manj, Sajjad Hussain Bhatti, Qamar Hayat Kathia, Imtiaz Ranjha, Seemal Kamran, Khadeeja Farooqui, Saeemna Khawar Hayat, Amna Ulfat, and other leaders were also present. Workers kept chanting slogans in favour and support of the revolution (Inqilab) and making Pakistan brighter, prosperous and green Pakistan and protecting and safeguarding it at all costs under the banner of Pakistan Muslim League, the political party which created Pakistan. On hearing the news about order of registration of case against the Prime Minister, the Chief Minister and 21 others on murder of innocent persons in Model Town tragedy, the workers happily danced bhangra and chanted slogans of Long live Ch Shujat Hussain, Ch Parvez Elahi and Dr Tahirul Qadri.
