Security company to depute only certified security guards for the protection Dr Qadri: Home departmen

Lahore: Spokesman of Punjab government has said that Home department, through a notice, has directed private company responsible for the security of Tahir ul Qadri to depute only certified security guards.

According to the spokesman, the direction of appointment of certified security guards has been made on the report of a sensitive institution in view of the security of Tahir ul Qadri.

The spokesman said that Punjab government has no objection to assign certified guards by fulfilling legal demands by the security company.

Meanwhile,a spokesman of Punjab government has said that the news regarding withdrawal of security of Tahir ul Qadri is baseless. He said that guards of private company deputed for security of Tahir ul Qadri have been asked for security clearance. According to the spokesman, personal security clearance of private security guards is a legal demand.

The spokesman said that the step of security clearance has been taken for effective security of Maulana Tahir ul Qadri.
