Please do not demoralize the police,IGP appeals to the media

Lahore: IG Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera has said no police officer has refused to work under the present government in pursuing the political situation.

A spokesperson for the Punjab police have rebuttled the news items in which media claimed that some officers have refused to take any field posting .The spokesperson said such kind of baseless news were being published frequently that could demoralized the force which is actively performing his duties.

Punjab police spokesperson appeals the media to avoid publishing such news.
