GCU extends date for admission to BSCS, MSCS

Lahore: The Government College University, Lahore has extended the last date for submission of forms for admission to BS (Computer Science) and MS (Computer Science) till August 11, 2014. GCU Registrar Dr Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh said that the decision to extend last date was taken by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Khaleeq-ur-Rahman in the wake of Eid holidays and requests of parents and students that were coming from across Pakistan.

The students awaiting results for Intermediate (Part II) and four years BS (Hons) programme are eligible to apply for BS (Computer Science) and MS (Computer Science) respectively.The entry tests for both the BS (Computer Science) and MS (Computer Science) will be held on August 17, and no further extensions in the last date for submission of forms would be provided.
