Lahore: Peoples Party leader and former President Asif Ali Zardari held important telephonic conversation on Monday from London with Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Senator Ch Shujat Hussain and senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi.
The three leaders agreed that Pakistan’s security and national solidarity should be given preference over everything else and protection of peoples’ rights should be ensured.
Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi apprised the former President about the latest political situation of the country and exchanged views with him at length on various matters.
