Shahbaz Sharif congratulates the nation at the start of Independence Day celebrations

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has congratulated the nation at the start of Independence Day celebrations and said that living nations celebrate their day of independence in a befitting manner.

He said that Pakistani nation is celebrating its 68^thIndependence Day this year which will be celebrated in an enthusiastic manner and rich tributes will be paid to the founders of the county.

The Chief Minister said that the nation should display unity and solidarity during Independence Day celebrations. He said that creation of Pakistan is the result of supreme sacrifices and a historic struggle by millions of Muslims and August 14^th brings a message of happiness to the people of the whole country.
