Punjab Flour Mills Association assures provision of atta at cheaper rate

Lahore: Punjab Flour Mills Association will fully cooperate with the provincial government in the provision of atta to the masses at cheaper rate during the month of Ramazan.

This was stated by a four-member delegation of Flour Mills Association during a meeting with Provincial Food Minister Bilal Yasin at his office today.

The delegation included Chairman PFMA Muhammad Khaliq, Dr. Bilal Soofi, Member Food Authority Mian Jabbar Khalid.

The delegation assured that Flour Mills Association will extend all out cooperation for the success of Ramazan package of Punjab government so as to facilitate the common man.

Provincial Minister Bilal Yasin appreciated the spirit of cooperation of PFMA and said that service to the fasting people is a noble deed. He said that the government under Ramazan package, will utilize a huge sum of five billion rupees for the supply of essential items to the masses at concessional rates.

The Minister also assured office-bearers of mills association that the government will provide full cooperation to them and they will not face any administrative problem in this regard.
