PML-N Lawyer Forum arranged a special seminar on the eve of Yom-e-Takbeer

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-N Lawyers Forum Lahore Division arranged a special seminar at Karachi Shohda Hall of Lahore High Court on the eve of Yom-e-Takbeer.

President Lahore High Court Bar Association, Shafqat Mehmood Chohan, Central Leader of PML-N Lawyers Forum Naseer Ahmad Bhutta, Education Minister Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan and Labour Minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar addressed the seminar.

Addressing the function, Raja Ashfaq Sarwar said that PML-N President and Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif had conducted six atomic explosions in response to five by India sixteen years ago and made the defense of the country impregnable.

He said that the aggressive attitude of Indian leaders was at peak in 1998 after atomic explosions as it seemed that India would attack Pakistan but the brave leadership of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif foiled their nefarious designs. He said that the tactics being used by Imran Khan will take him away from coming into power because he did not have popular support.

Raja Ashfaq Sarwar strongly criticized the allied party leader of PTI, Sh. Rasheed Ahmad. He said it is unfortunate that such a person was elected from Rawalpindi with the support of others.

Earlier, Education Minister Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was the only leader who responded to the Indian atomic explosions in 1998 in a befitting manner. He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif did not compromise on the security of the country.

He said that after nuclear tests, Indian prime minister Atal Behari Wajpai visited Pakistan and announced to accept it at Minar-e-Pakistan. Rana Mashhood said that international forces toppled Nawaz Sharif government due to atomic explosions and American drone attacks destroyed the security of Pakistan during Pervez Musharraf regime.

He said that people elected Nawaz Sharif and made him prime minister third time and PML-N leadership convinced American President about the consequences of drone attacks. He said that PML-N government has put the country on the road to progress and a number of developed countries including China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Britain and Germany are making investment in Pakistan. He said that no one can level allegation of single penny of corruption against PML-N government in the projects of trillions of rupees. He said that the people like Imran Khan, Pervaiz Elahi and Sh. Rasheed are creating hindrances in the development process of the country.

He said that in the House of 400 seats, rigging was proved in only one constituency of Haripur where during re-counting, PML-N candidate won the election. He said that Imran Khan did not bring change in KPK.
