Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Q President and former Prime Minister Senator Ch Shujat Hussain has said talking against the armed forces meant defaming the Pakistan, PML-Q will come in defence wherever there will be talk against Armed Forces of Pakistan, our rallies to express solidarity with the Pak army will continue.
He said this while replying to questions from the media on the third phase of PML rallies in support of the armed forces here today. These rallies were taken out today in Karachi, Dadu, Jacobabad and Ghotki, Layyah, Toba Tek Singh, Nankana Sahib and other cities of Sindh and Punjab.
Ch Shujat Hussain said that if Nawaz Sharif has gone to India for showing to the world then in order to ensure success of his visit he should also visit the graves of the Muslims martyred in Gujarat. In reply to a question, he said Nawaz Sharif has for the first time clashed with the institutions, previously he had clashed with Army Chiefs General Abdul Waheed Kakar, General Jahangir Karamat, General Asif Nawaz Janjua and General Pervez Musharraf but this time the circumstances would be quite different. In response to a question about mid-term elections, Ch Shujat Hussain said leave aside this, first the rigging done in the general elections should be exposed. Nawaz Sharif keeps talking about “changing map” of Pakistan, he should not be talking like this, changing of map has double meanings and, Insha-Allah, we would not let map of Pakistan be changed.
