PYF provided youth an Opportunity to excel their Skills : Sajid Akram

Lahore: Sajid Ikram, who attempted Guinness World Record of Most Pull Ups in six hours, expressed his determination to regain the feat if any country breaks it in future.

In a telephonic interview from Sargodha, Sajid said that Punjab Youth Festival has provided our talented youth a suitable opportunity to demonstrate their skills and potential in various fields. “We are thankful to Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Provincial Minister for Sports Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan and Director General, Sports Board Punjab, Usman Anwar for providing us this great platform,” he added.

To a question, Sajid told that he and other participating fellows worked hard for long time and then they tried to register their names in Guinness Book of World Records. “The Mega Event like Punjab Youth Festival, should be organized every year so that other talented youngsters of the country could also express their skills at International Level,” he expressed. Replying to another query, Sajid informed that he had dedicated his world record effort to his one-year son.
