Lahore: Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Livestock, Ch.Muhammad Arshad Jutt has said that on the directions of Chief Minister Punjab, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, five veterinary relief camps have been established in various areas of Cholistan. He said that 71019 animals were vaccinated while 3095 were treated at these camps.
Rana Arshad Jutt directed officials of Livestock Department to perform their duties diligently in Cholistan so that animals could be protected from various diseases. He disclosed that 45 liters water is needed for milk producing cow and buffalo. He said that the production of milk and meat can be increased by providing clean drinking water to the cattle.
