Shahbaz Sharif formally inaugurated Enrolment Campaign 2014

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif formally inaugurated Enrolment Campaign 2014. He gave free books to two boys and two girls and personally entered their names in attendance register of the school.

The Chief Minister also talked to the children. All Ministers of Punjab government especially participated in the function. The Chief Minister while quoting the splendid development of China informed that Chinese nation achieved independence after two years later than Pakistan but has moved ahead due to hard work and continuous struggle. He said that in 1947, we were waking but Chinese were sleeping but now Chinese are waking and we are sleeping. He said that at the time when educational institutions were set up in Europe, palaces were being constructed for the queens in the subcontinent.

Referring to the hospital constructed with the cooperation of Turkey at Muzaffargarh, the Chief Minister said that this hospital is a masterpiece of architecture for which Turk nation has utilized their resources with honesty. He said that all the elected representatives will have to play their active role for making enrollment campaign successful in their respective constituencies. He said that those members assembly who will achieve the target will be encouraged.

He said that MPA showing best result will be included in provincial cabinet. He said that after budget, Punjab cabinet will be reshuffled. He expressed satisfaction over the fact that Members Assembly made Punjab government’s transparency and merit policy successful by not utilizing political pressure.
