Lahore: A brilliant student Sardar Amir Hamza Dogar, who won Outstanding Cambridge Learners Award in a A-level Part-I examinations, met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, here today. The Chief Minister congratulated the student on his glorious success in Cambridge examinations and said that the whole nation is proud of students like Amir Hamza who has brought a good name for the country in the world through his hard work, prayers of the parents and efforts of his teachers.
Provincial Minister for Education Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, Secretary Schools Education, Press Secretary to Chief Minister, Director General Public Relations and father of the student Col. Retd. Sardar Nazir Dogar were also present on the occasion.
It may be mentioned that Sardar Amir Hamza is a student of Garrison Academy Lahore and got 8 A stars out of nine subjects in O-level examination while got 3 A stars in A-level Part-I examination on which he was awarded Outstanding Cambridge Learners Award by Cambridge International Examination.
