Lahore: Election Tribunal Lahore annulled the elections of PP-107 and ordered for new elections within 60 days.Election Tribunal Judge Kazim Malik announced this decision on the petition of a defeated candidate Nighat who stated that that Shoaib Shah ‘s victory was the result of , rigging and bogus votes .The applicant told the Tribunal that dozens of Bags of votes were also missing.
Shoaib Shah was the stance that he won in a landslide zone, applicant ‘s charge of rigging was a fake allegation.
After arguments of counsel, the court annulled the elections and ordered for repoll in the constituency in sixty days.
