Lahore: Provincial Parliamentary Secretary on Information and Culture, Rana Muhammad Arshad has said that Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has won the hearts of the people by regularizing lady health workers.
In a statement, Provincial Parliamentary Secretary Rana Muhammad Arshad said that with the adoption of bill regularizing lady health workers by Punjab Assembly, 50 thousand lady health workers and lady health supervisors will be benefitted and the performance of medical staff of government hospitals would certainly improved. He said that Chief Minister is taking revolutionary measures in health and education sectors which will have far reaching impact. He informed that Punjab government is spending more than one billion rupees for checking of dengue and other diseases.
Rana Arshad said that launching of health card would be a revolutionary step in the history of Pakistan. He said that the women have to play a vital role in practical life for economic development. He said that lady health workers should serve the patients with more zeal and dedication after acceptance of their demands.
