An air-conditioned bus has been provided to Government Khawaja Safdar Medical College Sialkot

Lahore: An air-conditioned bus has been provided to Government Khawaja Safdar Medical College Sialkot. On behalf of Chief Minister, Provincial Advisor to Chief Minister Muhammad Mansha Ullah Butt received key of the bus from Area Manager Hino Pak Company. Principal of the College Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhary and officials of Hino Pak Company were present on the occasion.

It may be mentioned that Government Khawaja Safdar Medical College was inaugurated by Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in January 2011 and 400 boy and girl students are studying at the college. Principal of the medical college had requested Chief Minister Punjab to provide a bus for the students.

Muhammad Mansha Ullah Butt said that Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif is taking commendable measures for education sector and all its problems are resolved on priority basis. He said that provision of an air-conditioned bus to medical college is a part of education friendly policy of the Chief Minister.

He said that a coaster will also be provided to Government Khawaja Safdar Medical College Sialkot within a month. He said that the students should dedicate themselves to their studies and the government will continue to provide all out facilities to them.

Principal Khawaja Safdar Medical College, Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhary said that the annual pass percentage of the students of the college is 99 percent. He thanked the Chief Minister on provision of air-conditioned bus and requested for three more buses so that transport facility could be provided to maximum students.
