Lahore: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has condemned intervention by the district administration and provincial government in by-polls in PP-81 and expressed concerns over the role of Election Commission of Pakistan. He said that electoral results had been tempered on May 11, 2013 while PML-N had been escaping from thumb impression’s audit even in four constancies.
In his address to a massive gathering in PP-81 Jhang, he stated that PTI will win the contest on 3rd March as masses have recorded the performance of PML-N both in province as well as in the center that has failed to deliver nothing but mounting lawlessness, abject poverty and unemployment. “The call is for productive change in the system that has to be replaced with a new and able administration”, according to him. He urged people to come out for new Pakistan whose foundation had been laid in Khyber Paktunkhwa.
Chairman PTI Imran Khan asserted that police had completely been de-politicized in KPK by the provincial regime of PTI and abuse of force through Pattwar and Police had been brought to an immediate end once our party resumed the power. To take out undue burden of imperfections and shortcomings in the economic policies of the present government through which it has been looting the poor in the name of taxes and sparing the rich from all kinds of dues and taxes, people should come out and vote for change. He expressed sheer disappointment over eight-month performance of the federal and provincial governments and demanded to stop exploitation of poor growers.
Referring to India’s agriculture polices, Chairman PTI asserted that the neighboring state provides agricultural inputs at lower rates to help formers grow cheep agri-products while our grower is bound to bear the burden of expensive inputs and lower outputs undermining the whole agricultural sector. He stated that uplift of formers and developments in agriculture sector rest at the top of PTI’s agenda and hence we owe to raise voice for the rights of growers in the country.
Coming down upon the polices of federal government regarding restoration of law and order, Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf has said that due to Pakistan’s un due and illogical engagements in America’s so called war against terror, the country has been facing the most lethal way of unrest and terror. Traitors and hypocrites, according to him made nation suffer at the hands of extremists and terrorist for years.
