Lahore: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has entered into partnership with seven different training provider organizations (TPOs) to give quality training to head teachers and teachers of PEF partner schools in various districts.
The agreement signing ceremony was held today at PEF head office.
On the occasion, Managing Director PEF, Dr. Aneela Salman expressed the hope that this bilateral partnership will go a long way in improving the quality of education, adding that trainings perk up teaching capacity. She told that PEF has on-going training programs for its partners.
Continuing professional development is as an integral part of teachers’ education because only a continuing learning and training assures quality of education and enables the teachers to keep their skills and knowledge up-to-date, concluded the MD.
PEF Director (CPDP) Bushra Saeed Khan and Deputy Director Nasir Munir were also present on the occasion.
