People have fed up with the politics of sit-ins:Hamza Shahbaz

Lahore: Central leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif MNA has said that sectarianism is undermining the foundations of the country. He said that Islam teaches a lesson of accommodation, tolerance and mutual respect. A handful of terrorists will not be allowed to play with the fate of 18 crore of Pakistanis, he added. He said that we will have to fight and won the war against terrorism, no one from outside will come to our help.

He expressed these views while addressing a prize distribution ceremony among position holders of photography competition held at Alhamra Hall and later talking to media, today. Member National Assembly Pervaiz Malik and other personalities besides a large number of photography lovers were also present on the occasion.

In his address, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that people have given a mandate of five years tenure of public service to PML-N leadership. He said that PML-N leadership is making efforts to utilize every day of this period to put the country on the road to progress by steering it out of crisis. He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is determined to materialize the dreams of young generation and their parents. He said that Prime Minister Youth Loan Programme will not only result in provision of jobs to the youth and provide them an opportunity to stand on their own feet but country’s economy will also be strengthened.

He said that the youths are our future and precious asset who set 12 world records in youth festival last year without caring for the shortage of resources. He said that an endowment fund of two billion rupees has been allocated for introducing the youth in sports and other sectors at international level. He said that PML-N government has accelerated its efforts to eliminate energy crisis as soon as possible in order to benefit from GSP Plus in the real sense. He said that Bahawalpur Solar Park will start its production next year and due to the efforts of government, load-shedding has already reduced to a large extent.

Talking to media, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that people have fed up with the politics of sit-ins. He said that Imran Khan should serve the people of KPK as people of KPK have given him a mandate of solution to their problems instead of sit-ins. Replying to question, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that timely measures of the government have resulted in reduction of prices of daily use items and PML-N government will not allow the people to become victim of the greed of profiteers and hoarders. In the end of the function, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif gave away prizes to first three position holders of photography competition.
