City Housing Scheme Faisalabad is a fraud:spokesman FDA

Lahore: A spokesman of Faisalabad Development Authority has said that a fraud case has been registered against owners of City Housing Scheme Faisalabad under Section-420, 468 and 471 of 1898 CrPc at Police lines police station. He said that neither any scheme with the name city housing scheme has been approved for the registration of plots in Faisalabad nor presented to the authority for approval. He said that under Punjab Development of Cities Act, no institution or developer can establish housing scheme without the approval of FDA, neither housing scheme can be advertised before its formal approval or authorized for sale. He said that fraud is being enacted in the name of City Housing Scheme Faisalabad. He further said that people should not make any deal in this regard and a case has been registered against the owners of this scheme at police station civil lines Faisalabad.

Furthermore, a spokesman of District Government Gujranwala has informed that approval to phase-2 and phase-3 of City Housing Scheme has not been granted in Gujranwala. He said that people should refrain from purchase and registration of plots in City Housing Scheme otherwise they themselves will be responsible for their loss.
