Lahore: PML-N ‘s former MNA from Okara Syed Gulzar Sabtain Shah has joined Pakistan Muslim League (PML) and reposed confidence in the leadership of Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi.

On this occasion, Senior Vice-President Muhammad Basharat Raja, Additional General Secretary Nasir Mahmud Gill, Ejaz Tahir Qadri and Dildar Hussain Chaudhry were also present.

Syed Gulzar Sabtain Shah said that tenure of Ch Parvez Elahi was the golden era of history of Punjab and people are remembering his -services for the welfare and well-being of the masses at large and good governance because they are fed up with soaring high prices of essential and other articles, unemployment and lawlessness adding that pole of false promises and so-called attractive claims stands fully exposed.

Welcoming him in the PML fold, Ch Parvez Elahi said that the manifesto of the Pakistan Muslim League is revolutionary, we have ideal programme in place for welfare and well-being of the people and national prosperity and progress. He said that revolutionary projects and programmes of our government are ample proof of these which were not only started quite successfully for the first time not only in history of Punjab but also of Pakistan and were completed with 100 per cent results.
