CM takes notice of kite flying at various places in the province

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of kite flying at various places in the province and directed Chief Secretary and Inspector General Police to ensure implementation of the ban on kite flying. He said that loss of precious human lives as a result of kite flying cannot be permitted.

The Chief Minister directed District Administration and Police to form special teams to take action against the elements involved in kite flying. He said that concerned administration and police would be held accountable if any human life was lost due to kite string. He said that the officials showing laxity towards the protection of human lives will not be spared
