Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif telephoned Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Pervaiz Khatak today and strongly condemned the blasts in a church in Peshawar. He expressed his sympathies over the loss of precious human lives in the tragic incident and offered help to Khyber Pakhtunkhawa government. He said that medical assistance can be provided to the injured persons. He said that Punjab government has formed special medical teams for the look after of the injured persons which can be immediately sent.
The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Pervaiz Khatak thanked Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif for the offer of medical teams for the treatment of wounded persons. He said that Punjab government will be informed if these teams are required.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the suicide attack on a church in Peshawar and said that those who spill the blood of innocent persons are enemies of humanity. Expressing his grief over the loss of precious human lives, Shahbaz Sharif sympathized with the bereaved families and also prayed for the early recovery of the injured.
