My father will serve the nation like a Khadim: Hamza Shahbaz

Lahore:  PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has said that Khadim-e-Aala Punjab, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif will continue the journey of progress and development of the province with a new zeal and zest. The Punjab government will achieve new goals of progress and prosperity in the province and solving public problems. Public service is the hallmark of the leadership of PML-N.

While talking to media Hamza Shahbaz said that the Punjab government in its last tenure completed a record number of development projects and Punjab became a role model of good governance for other provinces. He said that is why the people of Punjab reposed their confidence and voted for PML-N in the recent general elections. He said that Punjab government will come up to the expectations of masses and the process of development would be expanded to the whole country.

Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that Khadim-e-Aala Punjab, after achieving tremendous success in the field of education, health and other departments, has expressed his resolve to end patwari culture and providing solar tubewells to the farmers. Similarly, he said, effective and far reaching strategy is being adopted to end loadshedding, maintenance of law and order, elimination of poverty and unemployment. He said that people of Punjab have already seen the vision of Khadim-e-Aala Punjab in the shape of metro bus project and population-wise biggest province of the country would be made the most developed province.

Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that the result of recent general elections show that the masses give priority to the performance and resolution of problems. He said that PML-N government has started its struggle against load-shedding by accepting this challenge. He said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif expressed his strong resolve in this regard by convening energy conference on the next day of taking oath. He said that the day is not far off when PML-N leadership will rid the people of the menace of load-shedding and the vicious circle of poverty and unemployment.
