Braille proficiency test will be held on June 10

Lahore: Braille proficiency test will be held under the auspices of Special Education Department on June 10 at 9 am at Directorate of Special Education Punjab.

Director Special Education Dr. Muhammad Fazal Cheema informed that students having qualification of MA Special Education, M.Ed (V.I) or B. Ed (Spl.Needs) and want to take part in the test could register at the Directorate till June 5. He said the purpose of conducting the test is to find Braille experts to assist blind students in their academic activities. He further said that certificates will be awarded to successful participants by Special Education Department which is the basic requirement for appointment as a teacher for blind students.
