Mrs Justice(R)Irshad Hassan is laid to rest

Lahore: Wife of former Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Irshad Hasan Khan died yesterday and was laid to rest in a local graveyard today. Her Nimaz-e-Jinaza was attended by Chief Justice Lahore High Court . Justice Omar Ata Bandial, Justice Saqib Nisar and Iqbal Hamid ur Rehman of Supreme Court besides in-service judges of Lahore High Court, former Chief Justice Mian Mehboob Ahmad, Syed Zahid Hussain, Sh. Ejaz Nisar and Justice Retd. Khalil ur Rehman Khan, retired judges of higher judiciary, M.A. Loan, Fazal Miran Chohan, Fazal Karim, Tanvir Ahmad Khan, Sardar Muhammad Dogar, Aftab Farrukh, Rustam Ali Malik, Javed Sarfraz, Raja Muhammad Sabir, Sharif Hussain Bokhari, Hamid Ali Shah, Nasim Sikandar, Mian Najamuz Zaman, editor in chief of daily Nawa-e-Waqt Majid Nizami, near and dear ones and a large number of senior lawyers.

Quran Khawani for the departed soul would be held on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at Masjid Gulab Shah Wali, G-1, Yasin Khan Wattoo Road Johar Town at 5.00 p.m. while Dua would be offered at 6.00 p.m. Separate arrangements have been made for ladies at the residence.
