Indian spy – Sarbajeet singh dies in Jinnah Hospital, Lahore

Lahore: Sarbajeet singh who was an Indian spy has died in Jinnah Hospital Lahore after being attacked by the fellow prisoners in Lahore Kotlakhpat Jail. The fellow prisoners attacked Singh by hard bricks and iron rods that resulted into serious injuries on his head and face.
He was immediately taken to the Lahore Jinnah Hospital where he was kept on ventilators for several days. As a result of this incident, the government of India requested the government of Pakistan to issue emergency visa to Singh’s family to come and see him.
However, later this evening due to serious injuries, Singh could not survive and died on the ICU bed in Jinnah hospital Lahore. According to the sources, it is not yet confirmed that where his body shall be buried or burnt because it is yet undecided if his body would be handed over to the Indian government or not.
